Job Title: Operations and Logistics Manager Start Date: ASAP
Job Days: 5 days a week
Salary: Based on experience


Description of Role:

We are looking for a Business/Operations/Office Manager with strong book-keeping skills, to join our small team in Hampshire, 5 days a week. The office is located in
a beautiful farm house just outside the picturesque village of Chawton, just 3 miles from Alton.

The role requires a good level of IT literacy, excellent spoken English (including a good phone manner) and the willingness to be flexible where necessary. We require someone who can work independently, as well as part of the team in a relaxed, dog- friendly environment.

Duties Include:

  • Bookkeeping – all aspects including payments to suppliers, cashflow management and international transactions
  • To be responsible for all website enquiries and client sample packs
  • To be in charge of all order invoices and dispatch notes
  • Take charge of all correspondence with our dispatch team, and build strong relationships with them and all other suppliers
  • Set up trade accounts of new designers/clients
  • Deal with any complaints/supplier issues
  • Monitor stock of client samples and office supplies
