Juliet’s hand painted shells all started during lockdown 2020 after she and her husband had Coquilles St Jacques for dinner one evening. Juliet cleaned the shell afterwards, painted it and then mounted it on a hand painted frame. After uploading the idea to social media, Juliet received orders for these one of a kind pieces, ever since.
Below are a range of shells to date. Each shell is framed without glass so that the full 3D effect of the shell comes across when hung on the wall. Each shell is mounted in an 8 x 10 inch frame.
