Before you order, please make sure you have seen and approved a sample of the product you are ordering, so you are sure the product is correct before placing your order with us. Computer monitors and printers will not depict the true colours of the product. We therefore recommend that all our customers approve a true sample before ordering. This is also clearly stated at ‘Checkout’ before you place your order with us. Juliet Travers Ltd is therefore not responsible if an order is placed without a sample being approved first. If the product is delivered and you are not happy with your order and you have not approved a sample before ordering, you as the customer are responsible and no refund will be given.

All our samples are easy to order on each product page and cost £1.25 ex VAT. Simply click on the ‘Request Sample’ tab on the relevant product page, add the sample to your basket and pay with any normal debit or credit card. Our wallpaper samples are A3 size instead of the standard A4 size, as we feel the larger cutting will help you as our customer, get a clearer idea of colour, design and repeat which is important to consider before you place your order with us. Our fabric samples are A5 size to give you an idea of the feel and quality of linen as well as the colours in the design.

Samples are sent by Royal Mail and First Class so please allow 5 working days to receive your sample order.

Our website is e commerce which means you can place your order here and now. Simply select the product you wish to purchase, add it to your basket and follow the instructions.

For wallpaper, enter the correct number of rolls you wish to order (the roll calculator on each product page is for an estimate only so please make sure your installer/decorator has quoted you the correct number of rolls needed for the project before you place your order). Our fabrics can be ordered to the nearest half metre (again, please ensure you have had the correct measurements taken to know how much you require). To order cushion covers simply add the number you require to your basket and proceed to payment.

Orders placed with a UK delivery address will be delivered 5-7 working days after purchase. Orders placed with an international delivery address will be delivered 7-10 working days after purchase. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Each roll of Juliet Travers wallpaper comes with a label inside the cling wrapping and our hanging instructions can be found on the reverse of each label. Please click here to view our hanging instructions if you wish to see them before purchasing your order.

We strongly recommend that you use a water-soluble, starch based paste and with a relatively low water content. Cellulose based, self-mix or very liquid adhesives should be avoided.

Recommended Paste Types:

• Halls Beeline Ready Mixed Vinyl Adhesive (sold in tubs with a yellow lid)
• Albany Ready Mixed (sold in tubs with a yellow lid)
• Light Grade Ready Mixed Adhesive (sold in tubs with a black lid)

All walls should be lined with a plain white heavy grade paper lining paper. In the UK a suitable lining paper would be classified as “1000” or “1200” grade. Walls need to be cross-lined with lining paper before installing a Juliet Travers wallpaper.

If your wallpaper gets marked in any way, all Juliet Travers wallpapers are ‘spongeable’ which means you are able to gently wipe the effected area with a damp cloth. Please be careful when attempting to clean the wallpaper. Do not apply too much water to the cloth and do not wipe too vigorously otherwise you will damage the product. Juliet Travers Ltd wallpapers are not washable so if a damp cloth is unable to remove the dirt, the wallpaper should be left as it is and no further cleaning should be attempted.
